The Samsung folding tablet will be a dream come true for many users

The patent in question reveals some preliminary details of the device, which seem to fit with modern standards for this type of equipment. For many users it will be a dream come true, since voices have always been raised questioning the need for folding smartphones and the lack of investment in tablets with these characteristics.

As you can see from the image above, Samsung’s foldable tablet appears to have no cameras or other sensors on its front, but it’s worth remembering that this is a patent that will be based on a prototype at best. The final product, if confirmed, may offer more functionality than it now appears.

Half of Samsung’s smartphones use Android

In terms of connectivity, the USB-C bet seems to hold up, with speakers built into the opposite side of the hinge mechanism. Judging from this design, the tablet does not appear to have a physical integration with the S-Pen, but it is always possible that the accessory can be used separately.

Samsung thus once again demonstrates its vitality in the market, probably being the great pioneer of folding devices. Betting on a tablet with this feature has everything to be successful, since the size of a tablet justifies a folding version that facilitates its transport and daily use.
