Nvidia unveils DLSS 2.0 with graphics and performance improvements
Nvidia today revealed DLSS 2.0, its new artificial intelligence that allows clear performance improvements to games. The announcement was made at the same conference where we witnessed the revelation of the power of DirectX 12 Ultimate.
Fully integrated with the Unreal Engine 4 engine, DLSS 2.0 brings superior image quality, even allowing you to increase the original resolution of a game by four times, from 1,080p to 4K. Its neural network is twice as fast as that of the first DLSS, which guarantees greater processing speed.

The cool thing is that you won’t have to wait long to see these features in action: Deliver Us The Moon and Wolfenstein Youngblood are already taking advantage of the technology and this week they will be accompanied by Control and MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries. In Control, the papers stuck on the walls are much easier to read and the hair textures become much clearer, as the game reduces its more blurred parts.
In the launch of The Foundation expansion, it will be possible to notice a 75% improvement in the staff update rate. These numbers are very similar to those of MechWarrior 5, which, running in “High Quality” mode, increases its performance between 30% and 75%.

Thanks to DLSS 2.0, it has never been easier to run games in high quality with the best performance fluidity and greater graphic details.
