Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will run at 60 fps and 4K on Xbox Series X

In a press release released by Ubisoft, new information was confirmed about the enhanced version of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and some of its main differentiators in the Xbox Series X edition. The crossgen title of the franchise should appear much more beautiful for the new generation, counting with a greater richness of details and a significant reduction in loading times.

According to the publisher, Valhalla will be an experience that will take full advantage of the hardware of the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, but only in the most technologically complete version will the title run at 60 fps and with native 4K resolution. The Series X’s accelerated Ray Tracing will also allow for better shading quality and more details on the map than in the Xbox One version.

The reduction in loading times will be responsible for a smoother transition between environments, favoring better performance in exploration and travel between maps. The game’s startup will also be impacted, speeding up the processing of saved data and the recognition of Ubisoft’s servers.

In addition to the free upgrade that players of the current generation will have if they wish to port the game to the Xbox Series S / X, the cross-save functionality will allow the transfer of progress between platforms without the need to restart the game if there is a console change .

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be released on November 10 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series S / X, PC and Google Stadia.
