Motorola i1 to launch on Boost Mobile on June 20

In mid-March, we saw the announcement of Motorola’s rugged Android i1 Push-to-Talk, which at the time was destined for Sprint. Now we are seeing that the phone is destined to hit Boost Mobile, Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores on June 20. Possibly the most surprising part is that the phone will be offered without a contract.

AndroidGuys writes that the phone will feature “a 3.1-inch HVGA touchscreen, a 5-megapixel camera, Android 1.6, and compatibility with WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS.”

According to Phandroid, the phone will be available for $ 50 per month and will come with unlimited data, text messages and calls. They also mention that “$ 349.99 has long been its rumored cost.”
