Microsoft Edge 92 arrives for Android
After the release ofMicrosoft Edge 92 for PC, Microsoft is now offering attention to its mobile browser, with a major update for Microsoft Edge for Android since it finally unifies the code base with the PC version.
Until now, the stable version of Microsoft Edge for Android was stuck on Chromium 77but this now changes with Microsoft Edge 92, based on Chromium 92. With the unification of the codebase, we can expect new features and improvements at a much faster pace. The new version 92 is full of new features, such as the synchronization of cards, passwords, histories, bookmarks, favorites and more between devices with the same Microsoft account.
There is also a built-in ad blocker, Adblock Plus, which allows you to block annoying trackers and ads on all websites. Similar to Google Chrome, Edge for Android now also offers a screenshot integrated. When on a webpage, just tap the “Share” menu and the screenshot button will appear.
