Facebook has announced the expansion of support for their app Messenger Kids in 70 other countries, including India and also adding more option to help parents supervisebehavior of their children.
Some of these features include the friendly supervision, stronger group management and profile visibility for friend suggestions. In previous versions, the parents had the complete control on friend requests from their children, both for invitations and for acceptances.
Now, with the new “Friendly Supervision” feature, a child will be able to send friend requests and accept them alonebut the parent will always retain the ability to ignore and limit any changes to your child’s friends list.
Additionally, Messenger Kids will allow parents to choose the account visibility of your child compared to the suggestions of friends. You can choose to make your name and profile photo visible to your friends contacts of their children and their parents.
