Final Fantasy VII Remake and Marvel Avengers will have playable demos at Gamescom
Square Enix has revealed that it will bring five new games to Gamescom 2019. Among them, the highlights are Marvel’s Avengers, a game that adapts the characters from the comics to the games, and Final Fantasy VII Remake, which will even be available to be tested during the event.
Square Enix has confirmed that players will be able to test the Avengers demo revealed during the San Diego Comic-Con, which shows the early moments of the game. In it, it will be possible to control the Black Widow, Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man and Thor. The Final Fantasy VII Remake demo has not yet revealed its content, but it is hoped that it will also be with the initial moments of the game.

Other games that will be present at Gamescom 2019 are Final Fantasy XIV Online, which can be tested on Acer hardware. Square Enix will also organize a cosplay competition based on the game to bring together more MMORPG fans.
Trials of Mana, the remake of the classic RPG, will have a playable demo at the event in Germany, with players being able to see what’s new in it. To close, Square Enix will take the fourth episode of Life Is Strange 2. Called Faith, the episode should have only a new trailer revealed at Gamescom.
Marvel’s Avengers will be released on May 15, 2020 for PC, PlayStation 4, Google Stadia and Xbox One. Final Fantasy VII Remake will be released on March 3 for PS4. Final Fantasy XIV Online is available for PC, Xbox One and PS4. Trials of Mana will be released in 2020 for PC, PS4 and Nintendo Switch. Life is Strange 2: Episode 4 – Faith will be released on August 22.
