Apple vs Google: Siri leaves the Google search engine

As you may have understood from some of our previous articles, yesterday evening Apple held the keynote of WWDC 2013, a three-day event dedicated to the world of developers for the iOS operating system. Among the various innovations introduced, and after teasing Android on the percentage of diffusion, Apple seems willing to abandon the Google search engine for searches carried out via Siri, to fully rely on Bing (Microsoft’s engine).

The news may seem very strange, just think that Bing, in the United States only, has been used since 17% of users, so why would Apple be willing to abandon a search engine used by most of us?

According to what has been declared by many, there is only one hypothesis, the “quarrels “with Google, in fact, the Cupertino company no longer wants to depend in any way on the creators of Android, so after launching its own “maps”, it has also moved away from the search engine.

Wrong choice?
