CHARACTERS
The protagonists of The Shadows of Evil are the Femme Fatale, the Magician, the Detective and the Boxer. These are not pleasant people: they are a group of liars, selfish and manipulative, each with a history of crime.
- Femme Fatale (played by heather graham) – a real movie character, forced to work as a burlesque dancer at a notorious night club in the city, where she inevitably attracts the attention of many men of power. he is perfectly capable of manipulating the desires and weaknesses of others for his own personal ends.
- The magician (played by jeff goldblum) – born to an incredibly wealthy family, a lifetime surrounded by lackeys and flatterers has only added to his misplaced arrogance.
- The policeman (played by neal mcdonough) – after years of mafia bribes and arrests of innocent people, the Policeman has ended up in the center of a corruption case involving the entire department… the timing couldn’t be worse.
- The Boxer (played by ron perlman) – The Boxer wears brass knuckles under the bandages of his hands and unpadded gloves. He is not necessarily interested in winning: his aim is to lead his hands.
