2XKO Alpha Lab Gaming Test Registrations Available Now

Riot Games announced that 2XKO fans can now sign up for the Alpha Lab Playtest. This is an at-home playtest that will be available from August 8-18. Players in the following regions can play this beta on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Windows PC:

2XKO Alpha Lab Playtest – Your chance to try the game

According to Riot Games, the goal of this playtest is to gather enough player feedback so that the developers can make real changes to the game while it is still early. Registration for the playtest opens at 1:00 p.m. PT on June 26 and closes once Alpha Lab begins. Additionally, you must have a Riot account to participate. Riot’s new fighting game, 2XKOis an innovative and free 2D fighting game set in the League of Legends universe. It features 2v2 combat where each player controls a pair of in-game characters. It introduces a simplified control scheme with three attack buttons and easy-to-execute special moves, similar to Granblue Fantasy Versus: Ascension. The game attempts to aim for accessibility while still maintaining the depth of a competitive game.

Additionally, the character roster includes familiar faces like Ahri, Darius, Ekko, and Yasuo, with more expected to be announced. Project L are notable figures in the fighting game community, including Tom and Tony Cannon, founders of the EVO championship series and pioneers of rollback netcode, GGPO.
